He also serves as Vice President of the Judicial Performance Commission for the Ninth Judicial District, to which he was appointed by the President of the Colorado Senate. He has authored and taught multiple continuing education classes for attorneys and real estate brokers relating to real estate and business matters. And, lately, he can often be found on the sidelines of children’s lacrosse tournaments over a shockingly (to him, at first) wide-ranging expanse of locations across the state, cheering loudly for his daughters’ teams.
