After earning his undergraduate degree in Spanish and history from Colorado College, Charles was executive director of the Pikes Peak Justice and Pro Bono Center in Colorado Springs for two and a half years.
Outside of work, Charles enjoys exploring the mountains in the Aspen and Marble area on skis, rafting, and climbing in the Wind River Range.
