Erika negotiates real estate purchases, sales, and leases, and complex business agreements. She also secures and protects legal water supplies for ranchers, homeowners, and special districts. Her clients include water providers, real estate developers, industrial water users, ranchers and farmers, and special districts. Erika also has experience with land use, natural resource, and environmental matters, including project permitting.

Erika has maintained a professional and personal interest in Western resources and politics. She currently serves as President for the 9th Judicial District Bar Association, Vice Chair for the River Commission for the City of Glenwood Springs, and volunteers for the Middle Colorado Watershed Council.
