Born and raised in Denver, Katie spent every summer of her childhood in Grand Lake, living in the family cabin that was built by her great-great grandfather. She has a deep love of the American West, the Colorado mountains, and exploring the great outdoors on foot or by bike. When she is not working, Katie can usually be found spending time with her husband and son or with her nose in a good book.
