Nadya Williams is the Director of Practice Management at Johnston | Van Arsdale | Martin, and is based in the Glenwood Springs office. Nadya is responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and thoughtful legal support to the attorneys in a wide-ranging of practice areas including business transactions, construction law matters, eviction proceedings, litigation, post-judgment collection, and real estate transactions. Her enhanced level of experience and extensive legal background is crucial in providing efficient legal support, training to new attorneys and staff members, and overall quality work-product to JVAM’s clients.
Nadya has had the opportunity to closely work with partners Lucas Van Arsdale and Ben Johnston for the past nine years. When JVAM was established, there was no question in her mind about making the leap. Nadya believes in what JVAM exemplifies and is proud to be a part of the originating team.
Nadya was born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley. In 2010, she graduated with her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, and in 2020 obtained her Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from Colorado Mountain College.
Currently, Nadya lives in the Valley with her husband, Joey, and daughter, Nyla. When she’s not working, Nadya enjoys spending time on the Flat Tops Wilderness Area riding ATVs and enjoying the outdoors.
