Position: Director of Business Operations

The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent ability to prioritize and complete tasks while exhibiting collegiality and professionalism. Responsibilities will be in the areas of human resources, information technology, and location management. We are seeking a candidate with good personality fit, strong initiative and integrity, and commitment to maintaining and providing a work experience supportive and conducive to the mountain lifestyle.

Responsibilities Include

  • HR Management
    • Ownership of the PEO relationship and platform
    • Onboarding / Offboarding team members
    • Facilitating Open Enrollment
    • Facilitating Payroll
    • Facilitating 401k Administration
    • JVAM team member handbook production
  • Information Technology Management
    • Ownership of the Managed Services Relationship
    • Procurement and maintenance of all technology assets and peripherals
    • Bridged support between in-person and virtual assistance
    • VOIP phone system administration and manageme
  • Location Management
    • Oversee the upkeep and presentation of all JVAM physical locations
    • Manage and maintain location-based assets (fixtures, furnishings, equipment)
    • Assist in maintaining all locations based relationships for leases, utilities, vendors, and contractors.

Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years of similar experience in a growth-oriented business
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar blend of education and experience leading to the skills obtained from formal business education.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize, manage time-sensitive tasks, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Ability to learn and operate within all modern business applications is required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary ranges from $60,000 – $80,000/year based education and experience.
